If formulas taste different than the last order is there a mistake and should I return my order?

The taste of your formulas may vary. Each batch is made by hand and the taste of the herbs in a batch can vary slightly depending on the time of year and place of harvest. This may influence the taste however the effectiveness is not compromised. Considering that each batch may vary slightly in flavor if you still have concerns and would like to be sure that your order is correct please give us a call.
